Regardless of the type of claim you have; Exact Adjust Inc. will perform all necessary inspections and reinspections with the insurance carrier to assure all damages are accounted for and you are compensated fairly for your loss. If your damage is to an extent where your property is no longer habitable, we will assist you with temporary housing needs as well. This also applies to an affected business location where a loss has occurred and your business is no longer operational at the affected property.
Fire
We will work with mitigation and abatement companies as needed to ensure all fire damaged debris and hazardous material are removed safely from the property and cleared for onsite inspections. We will complete repair estimates, damaged contents lists, and assist with any housing needs for your insurance carrier to address.
Water
We will work with mitigation and abatement companies as needed to make sure your water damage is mitigated properly and all hazardous materials are removed accordingly. Once removal of all heavily damaged material is complete, we will complete the repair estimate needed for the property, the evaluation of all your damaged contents and assist you with temporary housing if needed.
Smoke
We will complete cleaning and repair estimates for any damages caused by smoke, ash and soot inside and outside of your property. We will do the same for all your damaged contents.
Storm Damage
We will scope out and estimate all damages caused outside and inside of your property. These claims usually require the involvement of specialists like roofing contractors, doors and windows installers, etc.. We will coordinate with all parties necessary to evaluate your damages completely.
Theft, Burglary & vandalism
We will address and estimate for all the damages caused to both your property and contents. We will generate lists of any stolen items to address with your insurance carrier.
Accidents
Examples include acts of nature, like a tree falling on your property. Or a negligent vehicle driver who loses control and damages your property. It can also include a moving company or an independent contractor who damages your floors. Whatever the accident may be, we can take over your claim, assess all the damages, work with the insurance carrier to make sure your claim is being paid fairly and completely.
